Who reads your answers

Only LeapCode, through a signed-in admin page. We use your answers to show your result and to prepare your call if you book one.

What we never do

• Sell or share your answers
• Run advertising or tracking cookies
• Rank you or your people

How you sign in

No password to steal. We email you a 1-time link, and a bot check protects the sign-in form.

Where your data lives

In a managed database run by Supabase, in its Mumbai (India) region. Access is limited by row-level rules, so each account sees only its own data.

Templates download through a secure link that expires within minutes.

Questions you ask in the chat

When you pick or type a question in the chat on this site, we store the question text (with any email address or long number blanked out), whether we had an answer, which answer we showed, the time, and a random session number that exists only while the page is open. We set no cookies and store nothing in your browser. To limit abuse, a scrambled form of your network address is used for a short time to count questions; it is not stored with your question. We also count how often each question is picked, as a plain total per question that holds nothing about you.

If you choose to give your name or email in the chat, we store them with the questions from that visit, in a separate store away from your LeapCode OS™ account data, so LeapCode can reply to you. They are used only to reply to you and are deleted after 12 months. To have them deleted sooner, email hello@leapcode.consulting. If you give a WhatsApp number, we store it only if you tick the box that says we may contact you on WhatsApp about this inquiry. Reply STOP at any time and a person removes your number.
